Organizational development
Organizational Development is something broader and bigger than what we normally call "capacity building". It of course entails both practical and theoretical sharing and transfer of knowledge but the concept goes much beyond this. It involves all different angles, perspectives, also psychological and human factors that needs to be taken in account when we try to initiate a process of change within the organization. Organizational development is not only about strengthening of the organization but also about the role people can make in the process of attaining better results.

This 5 part series on "Challenges of Disabled Accessible Tourism in Nepal" is based on a talk program given to some hoteliers at Radisson Hotel.  It was arranged by Four Season Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd.  The objective was to discuss the possibilities and advantages of disabled accessible tourism in Nepal by highlighting  the issues related to whole concept of disabled accessibility and need for the development disability access in Nepal so it will benefit all.
