Since its inception, IAVE has been committed to representing a truly global voice, embracing the diversity of our constituents and authentically representing the global south. Our 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, The Power of Volunteering to Change the World: Proud of our Past, Building for the Future, serves as the roadmap for the beginning of the next 50 years. Building on our rich history and the qualities that make IAVE unique, this Strategic Plan serves as our pledge to meet the future with a renewed and refreshed purpose and commitment to our stakeholders, our members, and to volunteering leadership around the world
