Comparing public and private schools is a bit like comparing Air Asia with Singapore Airlines. There is no match in terms of quality. Yet fully fledged airlines are losing ground as more passengers fly no frills. The same could happen with community schools if they are really empowered and if we consider private schools more like social enterprises.
