The purpose of this manual is to provide a useful tool for the implementation of youth participatory budgeting (PB) to those who carry out public policies in Argentine municipalities. It is designed to assist both those who have not yet implemented youth PB by providing clear and applicable guidelines and offering alternatives adapted to each context, as well as those who have previous experience and want to solve problems and improve the quality of implementation.
