"This photographic exhibition is the visual journey of a restorer who spent 16 summers of his life trying to preserve the Tibetan culture and its unique heritage in the remote kingdom of Mustang. It is not an exhibition about describing a conservation project. It tries to highlight a culture and its beauty, a beauty being narrated in three steps: the body, the soul and the heart of Mustang."

What comes first, democracy or development? Is one indispensible to the other? It is hard to say as democracy’s dividends take long to bear fruits in the forms of tangible improvements in the lives of the citizens. Oftentimes democracy brings instability and chaos. But within this dichotomy, there is one element, freedom that is indisputably a key to endow the citizenry with dignity, self respect
