The Canadian senate, whose members are not elected, is a strange thing and it is full of controversy and in waiting for drastic reform. Yet this does not prevent Prime Minister to make the right appointments. Justin Trudeau yesterday appointed, among others, Chantal Peticlerc who has won over 20 medals in wheelchair racing. She also responsible for Team Canada at 2016 Paralympic games in Rio.
