It's interesting to see many people getting scared to shared the ideas. I believe it's a natural thing for most of us to hold on to your possession that are valuable. However, since we have thousands of ideas coming to us, we aren't humanly capable to execute each of them. With the increased number in the use of social media, it has started to become a platform for various development organizations. No presence in the social sites like Facebook and Twitter means no visibility at all. And most of the development organizations really need to show there presence. Apart from that interactions are also conducted or more or less limited to virtual world. ;evolusun

International volunteering is definitely a positive phenomenon within the volunteerism movement. Still much more could be harnessed if long term international volunteers are better equipped, encouraged to promote the volunteering inspired society at grassroots level. see what Mike is doing
