The Citizen Lab is an interdisciplinary laboratory based at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, University of Toronto, focusing on research, development, and high-level strategic policy and legal engagement at the intersection of information and communication technologies, human rights, and global security.

Tackling the climate crisis requires us to face the challenge of energy transition head-on, wielding bold and creative strategies that put people at their centre. Destination Zero partners with networks and other non-profits seeking to expand their work on climate justice, with a particular focus on accelerating the global transition away from fossil fuel dependence.

Thursday, in Beijing, Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of UNESCO, co-chaired with Professor Peng Liyuan, UNESCO Special Envoy, the award ceremony of the 2023 UNESCO Prize for Girls’ and Women’s Education.
