Ms Ediola Pashollari is leading the World Assembly of Youth, an international organization promoting youth empowerment around the world. Founded in 1949, WAY is one of the oldest youth focused organizations, created to promote global cooperation and understating among the young people of the world. Based in Malaysia, WAY is planning to open regional offices around the world.

Women of Worth: Recognizing Those Who Make a Beautiful Difference in Their Communities

Each year L'Oréal Paris and Points of Light recognize and celebrate Women of Worth who make a beautiful difference in their communities. Ten honorees each receive a $10,000 grant to support their most cherished cause, and an online vote determines one honoree who will receive an additional $25,000 grant.
