A case has been filed at the Supreme Court demanding annulment of a provision of the country’s mountaineering expedition regulation that bars double amputee and blind persons from attempting to climb mountains including Mt Everest. If the Supreme Court will upheld the request, Hari Budha Magar will be able to climb the Everest.
