Yesterday night the finance ministers of the EU countries who have adopted the EURO found a compromise to relaunch the post covid 19 reconstruction. The so called eurobonds, a debt mutualization tool sought by Italy, Spain and France were not included but the final agreed text leaves space for further negotiations between the Heads of States in the days to come.
