The Global Schools Program is thrilled to launch the Global Schools Annual Report 2022. This report showcases Global Schools’ work reaching schools, teachers, and students who are integrating Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and SDG Target 4.7 into their communities.

On May 17, World Telecommunication and Information Society Day, 100 leading researchers, including Timothy Garton Ash, Anya Shiffrin, Jun Murai, Gérald Bronner and Marietje Schaake, are calling for support for the International Observatory on Information and Democracy, which is the equivalent for information chaos of the IPCC for global warming.

UNESCO has launched the third global edition of its flagship series of reports on World Trends in Freedom of Expression and Media Development (World Trends Report). The 2021/2022 World Trends Report places a special focus on understanding the role of journalism as a public good.
