beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship is the largest and most financially inclusive fellowship for aspiring eco-preneurs aged 16 to 28. At the core of our offering is a 12-month hybrid-learning program that focuses on the implementation of each fellow’s project. Upon completing the intensive 12-month program, Fellows continue to receive support to scale their projects and develop their leadership skills. By fostering local, regional and global exchange among our ever-growing community of Fellows, Mentors and Experts, we amplify impact today and help build the environmental leaders of tomorrow.
In our third year, we have now expanded to include 1000 young eco-entrepreneurs across Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, and South America for the 2025 cohort.
Mentors play an important role in Fellows’ support ecosystem, alongside Venture Coaches and Subject Matter Experts.
One-on-one mentoring is a key component of the Fellowship experience, providing Fellows with dedicated support throughout their journey.We invite volunteer mentors and experts to join us in our mission and to support Fellows across their innovation journey:
