As COVID-19 has crashed the global economy, businesses large and small have faced an unprecedented situation where they are challenged with their responsibilities toward their employees, vendors and partners – some are even fighting for their own existence. The COVID-19 pandemic will continue to disrupt our lives for months if not years to come and has already shown how vulnerable our current socio-economic structures are and how essential it is to develop stronger business contingency plans and fair practices.

This session will discuss the corporates role through the COVID-19 crisis and the upcoming economic recovery phase, featuring strategy implementation and initiatives that are benefiting both society and the long-term bottom line of the companies, by supporting employees, customers, supply chains and the economy at large.
