There is a five party coalition government in Finland - and each of party's leader is a woman. In the future I hope we don't get so much attention, she says, because it should be seen as normal - to have different genders and different generations in power.

We all have to fight each and every day for equality - it's very important for everyone to step in. You need to work on it constantly, she adds

It's not someone's else job. Things don't just happen by themselves - we need everybody involved, she says.

We also need to recognise that this isn't a 'women's issue', it's a 'people' issue,' she says.

We have to free men and women from the stereotypes to allow them to have choice, she says. It's no coincidence that more women go into the care sector and more men go into the tech sector - that is what they are seeing at home, she explains.

It is "absolute nonsense" to say there is not enough female talent to employ says Jonas Prising, CEO of Manpower Group.

The business case is clear, the moral case is clear, nobody wakes up in the morning and says let's discriminate against women, so why is the needle not moving? he asks.

We have older men in power, they seek similar-minded, similar-looking people and think they are more qualified. They are sometimes making these decisions unconsciously, says Sanna Marin, Finland's Prime Minister.

And the UN’s Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka points out that 75% of the world's legislators are men, making laws for all of us in the world.

We have to keep fighting, she says, parity is parity. If it's not parity, it's not the real thing.
