This is a follow up piece that was published yesterday, Sunday, 1st of March on Perspectives of the Himalayan Times. It is about a national sports champion, Keshav Thapa who is dreaming to be at Tokyo 2020 this year. We had written a piece few weeks ago asking for corporate sponsorship. It happens that no one really stepped up but this can change.

Formula 1 and FIA sign United Nations’ Sports for Climate Action Framework

Formula 1 and the FIA have today announced they have become signatories of the United Nations’ Sport for Climate Action Framework. This follows the announcement in November 2019 that Formula 1 will be net zero carbon as a sport by 2030.
