The S4YE coalition provides leadership and resources for catalytic action to increase the number of young people engaged in productive work. The coalition supports stakeholders across all sectors to link to each other for coordinated action, to identify, learn from, and innovate upon successful solutions, and to leverage and scale up effective policies and investments to enhance employment among youth. The S4YE Approach is premised on the argument that, while we know some of the solutions that will contribute to solving the global problem of youth employment, the relevant actors in youth employment have to change the way that we work so that we can ensure sustainable solutions for young people today and tomorrow.
VISION
A world where all youth have access to job opportunities that empower them to escape extreme poverty, thus boosting shared prosperity worldwide.
MISSION
To provide leadership and catalytic action and mobilise efforts to significantly increase the number of young people engaged in productive work by 2030.
GOAL
To provide catalytic support to employment and productive work for 150 million youth by 2030.
