As an initiative of the Youth Opportunities Platform, AVPN is extending an invite and searching for two young leaders who can provide strategic direction and execution guidance across the following focus areas.
Grow AVPN’s footprint in the digital transformation field
AVPN is looking for a young impact leader who can provide field building support to:
- Keep AVPN updated on industry trends
- Advise how digital transformation can shape AVPN’s business development needs
- Offer recommendations on how AVPN can build out a thematic pillar around digital transformation, and work with the team to bring them to life
The ideal candidate would have experience in social innovation and field-building
Develop a regional movement for trust-based philanthropy
AVPN is looking for a young impact leader who can provide campaign building guidance to:
- Develop a movement that inspires more funders within the AVPN network to think about their grantmaking approaches
- Bring more funders and impact organisations outside of the AVPN network into the conversation
The ideal candidate would be a recipient of trust-based philanthropy in Asia, who can provide the grantee perspective, including voices on the ground.
Appointment as an AVPN Youth Advisor will be for 12 months. Post appointment, the AVPN Board may invite a Youth Advisor to be officially inducted as an incoming Board Member. A Youth Advisor will provide 4 hours of consultancy services per month.
