The article is about the existing political situation attributed by trust deficit and mutual understanding among the parties on key issues of new constitution. It revist the issues urging the major parties and their leaders to forge consensus to avert any future catastrophe. Further, it has tried to suggest some viable measures to end the political deadlock which seems unending.

There is no equitable access to receive quality health care services in rural and urban areas Nepal. The government of Nepal has policy of establishing Birthing Center (BC) in each health facilities but it is not available though. Policy does not work itself but it should be implemented honestly.
