Objectives of side event:

To discuss the challenges to equal access to employment faced by youth with disabilities. To share context specific findings and the Leonard Cheshire A2E project’s progress in Thailand, focussing on technology for inclusive employment. To consider the future potential of technology for inclusive employment in Thailand, and examine Thailand’s Voluntary National Review on the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. To reflect on different methodologies used by Leonard Cheshire in the digital and technology landscape for inclusive employment solutions for Youth, including examples from our digital employment platforms in Kenya within the Innovation to Inclusion (i2i) programme (including e-learning, virtual job fairs and the i2i Talent mobile app).
