Launching the Legal Mobilization Platform. The launch event, 'Mobilizing for a Just World', provided a sneak peek into the platform's future activities which will involve, at their core, efforts to unite people in their efforts to mobilize for a world of socio-economic, climate and racial justice.

Sadly, these 10 global trends that are driving the greatest humanitarian needs for children in 2023—conflict, climate, cost-of-living—are all quite familiar. However, what is becoming clear is the complex relationships between these topics and how they collide and compound one another to create crises that are more frequent, more complex, more severe, and harder to resolve.

The House of Commons returns on January 30th, and will sit until February 17th before it takes it's scheduled winter break. With such a small window, it is important that we advocate for Bill C-22 to be the first order of business when Parliament returns.

2023•01•17 The UNU Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability is inviting applications for September 2023 admission to two postgraduate degree programmes: the Master of Science in Sustainability and the PhD in Sustainability Science. The application deadline is 17 February 2023.
