Thousands of young foreigners every year come to Nepal to volunteer in children homes. Their motivations and goals are praiseworthy but there are some risks involved and some sort of regulation or better self regulations are needed. A balanced approach is possible while the government of Nepal should legalize and regulate this self made type of international volunteerism.
It's interesting to see many people getting scared to shared the ideas. I believe it's a natural thing for most of us to hold on to your possession that are valuable. However, since we have thousands of ideas coming to us, we aren't humanly capable to execute each of them.
