Hannah, Dr Brandon Zicha and Michael Weilch, will be discussing how democracy can evolve to meet contemporary challenges.
"At a time when democratic institutions and civic space are under increasing strain, this panel brings together perspectives from civil society, public administration, public institutions, and youth to critically assess emerging approaches to democratic participation, institutional innovation, and governance.
Moving beyond elections alone, the discussion will examine what it takes to build democratic systems that are future-oriented, inclusive and effective - drawing on topics such as deliberation, citizen assemblies, civic engagement, and education."
