This programme by AVPN Academy in partnership with the Cambridge Judge Business School, is designed for philanthropy professionals seeking to enhance their leadership abilities and strategic insights, as well as build a network of peers dedicated to amplifying impact.

A few spots remain open for interested applicants, and we encourage you to apply by 11 October 2024, to secure your place.

If you would like to learn more about the fellowship — the curriculum, the faculty, and the in-person convening, join us for an information session on 9 October 2024 (Wednesday) at 4:00 PM SGT (GMT +8) with Dr. Shonali Banerjee, Visiting Research Fellow at Cambridge Judge Business School, and Dr. Arnil Paras, Executive Director, Academy and Insights at AVPN. Learn what it means to be strategic and how to ensure programmes are evidence-based. Understand how to leverage brand equity for collaboration so that partnerships can be mutually rewarding. Explore the range of financial instruments and models that can help you deliver sustainable outcomes at scale. Leave with a new perspective on increasing the impact of your philanthropy in the developing world. Build a community of peers committed to catalysing greater philanthropic impact.

The programme explores how philanthropic capital can best be deployed to deliver impact and long-term system change. Fellows will analyse many of the challenges and opportunities that face emerging market philanthropists in trying to align work with national development plans, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the need to deliver high-impact sustainable outcomes at scale.

This is a hybrid programme involving a mix of virtual sessions and an in-person convening at the AVPN South Asia Summit 2024.

The programme will be co-facilitated by the Cambridge Judge Business School.

The programme seeks to help practitioners better understand and unleash the opportunity of philanthropy for sustainable, scalable and measurable impact. It will be a hybrid course with virtual learning sessions in November 2025 and an in-person convening at our South Asia Summit in Chennai in December 2024.
