People with disabilities continue to experience disadvantage and discrimination worldwide. Access to health service and education tends to be difficult for them. Hence, they also find it difficult to enter the labor market. However, they have a right to participation, guaranteed by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
