UK is serious about promoting social investments in UK. The Cabinet Office has recently published one domestic and one international strategy on social investment. According to the Minister for Civil Society, Rob Wilson MP, investment can accelerate the growth of new businesses, transforming the impact of our public services, and support stronger communities to tackle the biggest problems.

The Canadian senate, whose members are not elected, is a strange thing and it is full of controversy and in waiting for drastic reform. Yet this does not prevent Prime Minister to make the right appointments. Justin Trudeau yesterday appointed, among others, Chantal Peticlerc who has won over 20 medals in wheelchair racing. She also responsible for Team Canada at 2016 Paralympic games in Rio.

The interview was recorded during the 2015 edition of Wisdom Wednesday, the initiative of Next Generation Nepal to discuss about ethical volunteering and child protection in Nepal. In this second part, Caroline enters in the details of the work being done by Umbrella Foundation and the changes being undertake by the organization to be refocused on family reunification.
