Too often there is a wrong understanding on meanings and implications of using volunteers in the development sector. This is way the proposal from the PM can be an excellent one if it is executed after proper homework.

I deal with depression on a regular basis, sometimes more so than others. I haven't been feeling myself for some time but maybe that is part of the issue, i.e. acceptance.
